Biomedical jobs in Hospitals in Germany

Hello!

Does anyone have an idea about the openings for biomedical graduates in hospitals?
Few of my friends did their Masters in US and now they are placed as 'Clinical engineers' in hospitals after their intern and training. I would also like to go for a job rather than Phd. I could find some openings for Phd's but not for jobs.
So if someone has any information about this, please share.
