Wengo is not a FREE CALL

Dear Friends,
PC/Internet to Land line call ( 2 mins duration) using Wengo is not a FREE CALL as advertised on the Web. The dialed person might have to pay an international call charges to France.
It is now advisable not to use it further.
If someone wants to know more on it, may send a mail to me or call me about its detail.
