I have a great apartment that is available from 1st of July.

Centrally located. It is on the S2/S4/S8 line and half an hour to the airport. Ostbahnhof is 5 minutes walk (for all you party freaks!)

The rent is 890 euros/month 'warm' and is inclusive of the garage and all the nebenkosten.

There is a kaution of 2100 euros. The landlord is a fantastic guy. I have been here for 9 years and this is the best landlord I have ever come across. Seriously...
