working permit
This is from the foriegn ministry....
'Aliens may be issued with a renewable residence permit to enable them to apply to and study at a state or state-recognized higher education institution or comparable training establishment. After graduating, foreigners will be able to have their residence permit extended for up to one year for the purpose of seeking employment relevant to their field of study, if the job can be held by an alien.'
Can explain the job can be held by an alein ? What kind of job included ? or where I can I get more information ?

The above statement is based on the new immigration law. The law said that after graduating from a German Uni, an alien can extend his visa to search for a job upto one year. The alien may be given a work-permit if he can find an employer who wants to reruit him. BUT, the alien MUST go through a "job market examination" - which means that the alien can be given the work permit only if there is not any German/EU-Citizen available for the job.
