Dear All
Does anyone know how can one get the paid social insurance 2 years after leaving Germany?
Is there some sort of
treaty between Germany and Canada whereby Germany will not reimburse the social insurace payments to the residents of Canada? I know EU countries have such a treaty, i.e., Germany will not give back the social insurance to a resident of Spain, Italy, France, or other EU countries.
Regards,

Yes, there is, as it comes under "Abkommensstaaten".
