I know that graduated doctors from other countries do not have a chance/stand here directly. I believe this applies also to LAW, and moreover superb German language skills would be necessary to deal with the legal issues.

i think its not true. The person who has graduation in medical or dental field from teh outside of germany, they could also work in germany as Doctor or dentist. but for a lawer, i do not know.

Okay, let me correct / rephrase what i said.
Issues to consider for doctors ( Also Dental )
1. These degrees would need to be approved by
German govt authorities.
2. Get a license to practise as a doctor
3. Proove the language skills in order to qualify
for the visa etc.. ( Might not be applicable for
EU candidates )
4. Get an appropriate Visa
Lastly : Start your own practise.

I am not sure if similar approach for lawyers might be feasible.
But i wish you all the best and good luck.
