I would be meeting my future employer at airport. Hopefully my future employer. I had one round of interview and since he is traveling through this place, he asked me to meet him in the airport at 12am. I would like to know what should be my dress code. Should I dress formally or a t-shirt and jeans will do.

Formal dressing will give a good impression, that you are holding great respect for this company and considering the offer seriously.

Only the first impression counts and lasts... And as it's not an interview in a company office, dress simple but casual.
