Leaving Germany with German passport
Hi All,
Is is possible to leave Germany for few years if some one has German passport with OCI? For family reasons, I want to spend three to four years in India after leaving my job in Germany.
If it is possible at all, what formalities I may have to go through like abmeldung, insurance etc.

Yes, it is possible.
You need to cancel all contarcts, like insurance etc plus also need to do abmeldung.
