First BE or Direct NE

First BE or Direct NE

Hi Guys

I will be eligible for NE in Jan 2006 but the Work Permit is going to expire by End Nov 2005.

Should I go for BE or normal extension of Work Permit, or can I directly apply for NE ?

Looking forward for your valuable suggestions.

try NE. Why not?
But do it in october.
If you are lucky you will get NE.
Normaly you should get BE.
But you should talk to them to see what will you get because they can give you some s.itty binded visa.

Thanx DvD,

Yesterday I submitted the two forms and letter from Company to ABH Berlin.
Actually they get confused how I got the residence permit upto Jan 2008 (in Jan 2001 :first 2 yrs and then 5yrs in Jan 2003) having workpermit upto Nov 05.

The Lady told me that the Papars forwarded to another person and he will call me.

Do I need to carry special DOCs to apply BE or NE. if yes..where I can find that?

But my last visa is not binded ..lets see now.
