Hello All,
Recently i signed a Vertrag with my company with which i am working since few years.It states as follows:
"Der Vertrag kann unter Einhaltung einer Kündigungsfrist von 3 Monaten zum Quartel gekündigt werden.Diese Kündigungsfrist gilt für beide Vertragsparteien."
I really find it a kind of trap because if i find a better option middle of a Quarter(Jan 15) then i can only give up my papers beginning of the next Quarter(Apr 1) which means Jan 15 till June 30.
Is this kind of contract common in Germany? Whats the best way to get out of this kind of contract?

Look at the brighter side. The company also has to do the same
