Buying an appartment in Frankfurt Germany

I am presently on a Work & Residence Permit in Germany and have recently signed the Contract for buying an appartment in Frankfurt. I have taken a loan from the Bank and money is due in this month.

I have been informed that I may gain som benefits if I condider some of these.
- Baukindergeld
- Bausparvertrag
- Eigenheimzulage
- ANSpZ
- AVWL
- WoP etc.

I am unable to find any information regarding such benefits. Can anyone please guide me if any benefits are applicable to me because I heard that some of these enefits have been taken away since 01-Jan-2006.
