Re: Bfa
CLAIMING BACK YOUR PENSION
The BFA site is one of the worst organised. Looking in to their sitemap at:
http://www.bfa.de/...__node.html__nnn=true
I was able to locate the following page, which elaborates the procedures:
http://www.bfa.de/...__node.html__nnn=true
WHO WILL GET BACK THEIR PENSION, AND WHO NOT?

Re: Bfa
As always said in this forum, it depends on the mutual agreement between ur native country and germany. The details are given in the link posted by Fred. To my knowledge, india does't have any such agreement with germany so even after workin gfor more than 60 months u will get back ur money.

What Vamsi said is right. I am from India too. And since India doesnt have any mutual agreement, we will get back our money.
Which country are you from?

@fred
I am from Pakistan. Does this rule apply to Pakistan as well. As I don’t know Pakistan has any agreement with Germany or not.
Thanks all for replying.

Re: Bfa
@Tali,
Yes, Pakistan too does not have any agreement with DE. Rather, you may say 3-WC(pl. read as 3rd World Countries) have no such agreement. I am not sure about Turkey.
FYI, I had already posted such information in this forum.

Re: Bfa
I had written an email to the BfA, stating that I was unable to locate the forms(Formularen) for applying the refund of pension. And to my pleasant surprise a kind lady called me up (!!!) and told me that I could find them under:
http://www.bfa.de/...__node.html__nnn=true
And if I needed any personal assistance, I could go to the nearest BfA office.
