Arbeitsamt anfrage für GC
Hallo *,
As we have read in this forum that to get AE-verlängerung or Anlange für BE/EE or NE, ABH is sending an Anfrage to AA.
1. Does one need Arbeitsgenehmigung(or Anfrage to AA)thru ABH, after 01.01.05, if it is required to carry employment with a new Employer after GC expires(5 years) to get NE.
What Zuwanderungsgesetz say about it?
Because, if you read BeschV §46.2, there is a word "hoch qualifizierte", which is ofcourse, not valid for normal GC not earning the high salary limit.
Although, the detail of the paragraph does not repeat the word mentioned above, rather IT-Fachkräfte.
This could help avoid wastage of applying time for NE for every GC.

Your question is not clear but I will try to answer.
After 5 y in D you can ask for NE at ABH.
If you are not canging firma at the same moment they will issue NE without contacting AA.
If you are changing company at he same time they will send papers to AA for check but it is only small check, not ArbMarktCheck.

@DVD, thanks for your answer.
Just to know:
Would one be free, with NE, from these (even) small checks and dont need to contact ABH(AA) anymore Oder?
Thanks DVD again for your response and best of luck for NE.

You are welcome A.T.
Actually the correct spelling of the word "Brother" in Turkish is "Kardes" but "Kardaash" is also understandable.. ![]()
