39qm is approved - accommodation

Hi

Is 39qm wohnhein with 2ZBK is an approved sufficient accommodation for two person in germany.

I went to auslanderbehore and asked this question and they have asked me to go to socialsamt and enquire.

Please inform me this information. I have already searched in this forum and could not able to find the answer.

It should be enough for 2 but not 3 persons.

If the Beamter in my ABH told me correctly, then the 39qm should be sufficient for 3,25 persons!

where do you get the 0.25 person? a foetus of 2 months pregnancy?
