Pls I need information about the students those completing Masters in 2005.

Hi all!!!
I heard that the new immigration law will be helpful for those who are going to complete their masters in the year 2005.
Please can anybody give more information regarding..
I mean.. how many years of residence permit will be getting and how will be the expenses like Versicherung .

It is not really clear. After studium students get 1 year Visa to find job. After you find it you get Visa with usuall procedure, what ever it is.
Versicherung is allways same.

Hello All,
After completing Masters,
will he/she have the student status for the next one year?
how about the student work Permit, will it be the same, that he/she is allowed to work 90 days a year?
Someone please clarify more......, Any link to a file will be appreciated.

there are only few lines in new law about it.
but it is quite clear that after studium you have not student status.
90 hours per month is also not valid. you can work as everybody else, 300 h if you want. when you get job you get visa.

I think it is also clear that when you get job you pay taxes as normal worker not as student since you are not student.
