working permit - need info
Dear gentleman ladies,
i have few Company interested to get me as employee. The problem is they always ask arbeitserlaubnis before they make arbeitvertrag.
the same way, ausländerbehörde ask me to give working contract at first.
Question:
- is everybody who has finished his/ her study in Germany, would definitely get the Arbeitserlaubnis ?
- why the Company ask arbeitserlaubnis before they make work contract or even at Vostr Gespräch? they should know that's working contract is first, then we apply for arbeitserlaubnis.
- How long the Arebitserlaubnis take time? they said at same day of apply, other said can take 2 or 3 month cause ausländerbehörde needs to ask arbeitsamt about the market labour.

Well, company does not want to lose time for a work-permit application when there are 20 other applicants with same qualifications and with a work-permit..

2-10 Weeks..

What happens when she (as a student) starts with a part-time job (20 Hours/Week job which doesn't require a work-permit) and later wants to work full-time for the same company?

thanks ...would be glad if you could explain.
1. the process took 2-10 weeks, AB will ask AA of match qualification. So 2-10 weeks is to find other person who had the same qualification (German and Europe Union) who can at least compare or even replace our qualification.
is searching process AA-AB is only FORMALITY ? i thought they would at the end will give the arbeitserlaubnis to person who applied.

It does not make a difference, when she loses her student status, then she can not work anymore as a student. With her new status, she needs a new work permit, hence labor-check etc..

Labor-check process is NOT a formality. Company should have good arguments to make this process a "formality" and should get in thouch with AA, ABH to speed up the process and explain them, why you are the "person" for the position.

anyone had experience ...what exactly will stated on Arbeitserlaubnis...? is the Company name mentioned there? or just write this person can work in Germany ? are they give the AE paper plus stamped on Visa at the same time...
