Student visa for France :

Hello all,

I have applied for a Masters Degree in Project Management to ESC Lille Business school which is located in paris.To obtain a visa to enter france
Do I need to go back to my home country or Is it possible to apply from here? OR
As i have a schengen visa(valid in 15 countries), can i enter france and change it to student visa.
if u know any websites with helpful information abt french visas please do reply to this post.
