Niederlassungserlaubnis - Daueraufenthalt EG. Anyone got this yet?
Hey guys,
I was wondering if anyone has got the NE with the addendum "Daueraufenthalt EG". I am going there in 2 months and planning on asking for it. I was wondering if there is a precedence already.

If you see my post above, I am also waiting for BONN to give me the daueraufenthalt-EG but they keep tell ing me the new stickers have not come yet! I call them once a week - last I called them was 2nd of October (Tuesday). Can you please tell me the name of the beamter (email krystaltech@yahoo.com if you prefer) who gave you this and on which day? This will really be very helpful and I would be grateful.

I didn`t get it from Bonn but mihais got it by paying 10 Euro fees from Bonn that is what he mentioned in earlier post.

I am from South Germany had have got NE. I have applied for the Daueraufenthalt through my Lawyer. Today he has asked me to write a declaration for the ABH as follows..Ich, ....................versichere, keine dem Abschnitt 5 des
Aufenthaltsgesetzes vergleichbare Rechtsstellung in einem anderen Mitgliedstaat der
Europäischen Union innezuhaben, in keinem Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union
einen Antrag auf Zuerkennung der Flüchtlingseigenschaft oder auf Gewährung
subsidiären Schutzes im Rahmen der Richtlinie 2004/83/EG des Rates vom 29. April
2004 über Mindestnormen für die Anerkennung und den Status von
Drittstaatsangehörigen oder Staatenlosen als Flüchtlinge oder als Personen, die
anderweitig internationalen Schutz benötigen, und über den Inhalt des zu gewährenden
Schutzes (ABl. EU Nr. L 304 S. 12) gestellt oder vorübergehenden Schutz im Sinne des §
24 beantragt zu haben und über dessen Antrag noch nicht abschließend entschieden
worden ist, sowie in keinem anderen Mitgliedstaat der Europäischen Union eine
Rechtsstellung zu besitzen, die der in § 1 Abs. 2 Nr. 2 AufenthG beschriebenen
entspricht (vgl. § 9a Abs. 3 Nr. 1-3 AufenthG).
Question : Does one have to give an undertaking like this? Is this as per the new law??

I got Daueraufenthalt-EG last week.
The process was straight forward. It took 3 weeks for processing. The following was submitted:
1. House contract
2. 3 months salary slips
3. Employer letter
4. 60 months pension confirmation
5. one pass photo
6. 85 Euros Fee

I got the same with
- house contract
- 3 payslips
and that's it. No pension etc. stuff.

I am not sure, if many of the members here are aware of this info. I came to know from our ABH, that for NE the half of the student time(years) are considered for getting NE. For E.g 2 years of study and 4 years of rente.

Yes. It is true.
I got the NE with half my student time and fulltime employment time and they calculated that from the visa timestamps though I paid rente before I officially got the stampings in my passport.
