New AE for "Neueinreisende" IT specialist
Hi,
A friend of mine has apparently found a prospective employer in Germany, what he needs now is the application for work and residence permit. Anybody knows where and how to start the application process, and who should start the process, the company or the employee ?

I think company but I am not sure. However IT AE can be issued according to § 27.1 BeschV

Hi,
the company has to apply for the work permit at the 'Ausländerbehörde'. The AB then ask the AA and because the officers do not know much about the new process, everything depends on luck.
The new law should make it easier, but the opposite is reality.
It is not only advertising, when I recommend our VPMK lawyers. Because they know everything and they even can help the officers at AB. It is also important where the applicant comes from, because the German embassy has to give the first visa. If this is for example India or Pakistan or Ukraine, it can be complecated now. In case our lawyers do the process, they give a permanent pressure to the German embassy.

In the present situation I think it is also the best to take a lawyer, I have already recommended him this solution. VPMK is also interesting because of apparent experience in the area, and also because of (normally) fixed prices.

One of my friend also has job offer and wants to come to Germany. How can he get the Visa? Will he now get a normal Work Permit? Now that the Work permit and AE is issued by Ausländerbehörde, what role does AA play? And has anyone got experience how much time it will take?
