Moving out of Germany

I will be moving back to India by end of Dec. I have currently a Niederlassungserlaubnis and my family has the normal residence permit. I have a few questions related to the procedures.

1. When should I do the abmeldung ?
2. After abmeldung how much time can I stay in Germany ?
3. Is it it possible to get a refund of the pension after 2 years?
4. Is the abmeldung document important for getting the pension refund ?


I have seen some of these questions already answered in the forum. But perhaps there has been some changes in procedures lately.

Looking forward to some advice.

@ here are answers:

1. You can do Abmeldung, one or two months before
2. In Abmeldung form, you have to give the date, when you are moving out of Germany
3. Yes, you can apply for pension refund after 2 years
4. Yes, Abmeldung document is important
