Minimum salary for GC job - question to lawers
Hi guys,
does someone knows what is the minimum salary the GC holder with university degree can receive ?
My situation : I worked for a IT company for 4 years, now my contract is finished and I didn't prologed it. I am going to study abroad, but still will keep my house here and I found a company in Germany that will employ me to do some small jobs.
Actually I want to get the NE after 5 year. In the law (paragraph 9 )it's says nothing besides paying taxes for 5 years and being employed.
Does someone see any problems of getting NE in such a situation ?

As there's no GC anymore, will be hard to answer your question (the one about the minimal salary for a "GC" job) but for NE, all you need to do is to pay your taxes here (if you want to get this option, as taxes are no more a requirement).

Do you think it's matter if I work as an employee or a self-employed ?
Do you think it will be possible to get EG and be self-employed ?
Which kind of company should I establish then ?
