Hello All!
Cosidering to apply for the NE based on salary above 85k.
My current situation is BE visa / can work for any company.
A company offers has a high paying contract for which they want me. An agency in between would take the contractor payments from this company and place me on this agency's own payroll.
Salary paid to me comes up above 85k.
I am considering to apply for NE with salary above 85k.
Can someone tell me if I need an unlimited contract with agency or 1-2 year limited contract is also good enough?
Also, what is written on this NE, if I get it?
Does it mean I can also do consulting and / or work as employee??
The possibility is that I work as employee for 2-3 months, change visa to NE for highly skilled pay above 85 k and then right after change to independent consulting.
Would this work out?
What I need to know from anyone already with this NE with salary above 85k is the exact statement on the visa. Does it allow selbstatige or not??

Could you please let us know in which field job you get more than 85K ? or If someone knows in which fields you can get around 85K in Germany. This I am asking on behalf of all other forum users so other forum users will know in which field they should concentrate in career development and skills.
