Former Green Card holders exempt from Integration course? Please confirm!!

Dear all,
I heard that GC holders(now with NE) are exmept to go through integration course. For example if they want to apply for citizenship, they simply need to submit B1 together with other relevant documents(no integration certificate). This mean they can learn German at their own pace(without attending mandatory hours), provided they can pass the B1 test.

Integration thing is only for those arriving after 2005? But B1 is needed for all ??
Is this true??

Is einbürgerung test appilicable only for people applying for citizenship after 31.08/01.09.08 ??

Hello Subir,
It is 100 % not correct. Yeah in some Behörde they are not asking for integration course but only for B1 certificate. It totally depends how you interact with Beamter during your application process. If you are fluent with German Language while interacting with the Beamter than he or she will not ask anything. If you are more than 8 years in Germany than he expects you to speak fluent German.
