for changing a job
For job changing a new contract and new work permit docoments would be required. Would ABH also need a letter of my resignation from old company?

In my case they did not need anything except new contract.
And from experience of some of my frieds they did not even go to "Arbeitsamt", their new company sent everything to AA.

I have gone through this process, and ABH does not require resignation letter from old company.
They need the following:
1. New contract
2. A form signed by your new company ( it is called auslbeschaeftigung or something like this as i am not sure about the name of this form)
