family rules in UK ?

Hi,
I would like to know something about family visa process in UK. If I have German passport and If I have good job in UK and if the money is enough to bare the cost for my parents as well as brother. Can I bring them in UK ?

You know, we cannot bring our parents in Germany more than 3 month. This is the reason I am thinking about that.

If I able to bring my parents in UK then how the health insurance process would be covered.

yes you can bring them to UK. Health Insurance is free for everyone.
