Eligible for BE?

Eligible for BE?
The visa says "Taetigkeit bei xxxxx" and residence permit says "Erwerbstaetigkeit nicht gestattet, ausgenommen die Taetigkeit im Rahmen des internationalen Personal-austausches bei der Firma xxxxx".
If I would work on this permit for 2 years, am I eligible for BE?

Re: Eligible for BE?
If you worked the whole 2 years, then yes you're eligible.

Re: Eligible for BE?
Yes, The minimum requirement for BE is that you have to pay at least 2 years Rente.

Re: Eligible for BE?
Sorry. I am not fully convinced. I will explain the situation again.
I will be on a international deputation for 2 years. During this time I will be an employee of the company in my home country and the company will pay tax on my behalf in Germany. Also I will be on a private insurance for this time. I am not sure if the company pays for the other social security funds.
In this case can I apply for BE after 2 years?

Re: Eligible for BE?
I don't think that you're eligible in this case, because your residence permit will be restricted to exactly 2 years, and after exactly 2 years you'll have to go back to your home country. Anyway it's still a long way, and lots of things could change till then, so wait and see.

Re: Eligible for BE?
Nirmalts,
Have you found a job already in Germany ? It is not clear.
Anyway one of my friend from Bosch did not get BE even after two years of Aufenthaltstitel because she had come on austausch program & under which Rente is not deducted from Brutto.
Ideal would be that you find a job first & then work out the rest.
