Diff between §18 AufenthG and §18 Abs.4 S. 1 AufenthG (qualif. Besch. RV)

Hi All,
Last week I was in Ausländerbehörde to extend my visa. Beamterin didn't issue me NE as I very recenty changed my employer and in probezeit. She told me to come after 3 months and collect NE.

For time being she extended my BE for another 2 years with title §18 Abs.4 S. 1 AufenthG (qualif. Besch. RV).

Last time I got BE with title §18 AufenthG.

Is there any difference between the two titles?
