Citizenship without NE
Dear memebrs,
I want to apply for citizenhip in Baden wuttemberg after complementing 7 yrs. I dont have a NE and i have not paid 5 yrs(paid for 4 yrs) into the pension system. i have fulfilled all other requirements like B1, orientierung course, 7 yrs of continous stay(as a employee and not as student) , unlimited work contract
My question is, can i get citizenship without NE and pension requirements in Baden wuttemberg ? i know different states have different rules on this. Can anyone tell whats the actual rule in Baden wuttemberg ?

Re: Citizenship without NE
Technically one doesn't have to secure NE before applying for citizenship.
Pension requirement (60 mon) is asked in Bayern and not asked in Hessen. I am not sure abt BW.
However, it is worth to give a try with your profile.

@Germantrouble
I got citizenship in less than 7 yrs without NE or BE, mine was simple AE §18. But the case was in Hessen.
Ask your respective EBH, the people are usually friendly and co-operative as compared to ABH.
Good luck..cheers!

Re: Citizenship without NE
Thanks guys for yur responses.As i expected, hessen is more flexible while bayern and BW are more strict in laws.
I will contact the EBH and get the correct info. As you said, EBH is more helpful than ABH !
