Beschäftigung Erlaubt (BE visa) for spouse
Hallo all
I am having Beschäftigung erlaubt (Company independent)visa. My wife is here in germany from last 1 year. we will be going for her visa extension in december. is she eligible to apply for a BE visa as I have hte same one?
Is she allowed to work in Germany?

As far as I know , it is quite likely that your wife will get also BE , but you need to mention it to them. Once she has that visa, she can work with that visa ,its allowed then.
