To work in Australia

Hi all,
I am contemplating to relocate to Melbourne from Germany. I am a GC, have been working in a MNC since 2002. I have recently got an opportunity to work in Melbourne in the same company in the same position. Now ...I have few things to know ...I am presently drawing 75K EURO. I know it's not possible to get the same equivalent amount in Aus...but I wanna know how much I can expect...How is the tax structure in AUS. What are the other taxes...How much it cost for private health insurance. I am married with one son of age 9 months.How much it's cost to have a three room appartment and how about the living cost. I would appreciate if anyone spend his/her time to guide me in this regard...Thanking you..
