Can anyone help me to find cheapest ticket available for India from hannover,germany for the month of september or october 2009.If anyone knows any agent or site please guide

Buy onlie ticket on Emirates. They fly from Frankfurt. They give you rail ticket through Deutsche Bahn for a very nominal additional cost.
You can do the same with Lufthansa.
The third option is Hannover-Paris-Destination in India via Airfrance.
Go to their individual websites and check the price. Usually online prices are slightly cheaper

I got the cheapest from ebookers.de. Keep in mind that the rates keep fluctuating
