Indians in Neu-Isenburg
Hi,
Any Indians living in Neu-Isenburg Area? I'll be moving to Germany in December. It will be a great help if someone can share some information on this.
1. What will be the approximate house rent in Neu-Isenburg Area. (Spacious enough to accommodate a family of 3. 2 adults and a 1 year old kid)
2. Good residential area to live near-by if not Neu-Isenburg.
3. Cost of Living

Rent will be minimum 10 Euros/m2. so if you have a house of 80m2 it will be 800 Euros(cold rent)
Other costs will be 3 Euros/m2. so for the above said example it will be 240 Euros(heating,water,waste removal etc)
So you should look at around 1040 Euros per month.
Of course you dont need 80m2 house and go for a smaller one. But for a 3 person family a min of 45m2 is recommended.
2. Good residential area to live near-by if not Neu-Isenburg.

Look into the network plan for nearby stops.
3. Cost of Living
depends on the individal, so cannot give you a figure.

Hi Vimal,
House Rent : What Raj has written (€10/sq.m) is true in general. But you can find apartments for cheaper rate also. Better avoid areas near the shopping complex "Isenburg Zentrum".
You can also check Dreieich-Sprendlingen & Langen. There are good bus connections from these cities.
I am very familiar with this area. If you can tell which company( or the exact location) you will be working for, I can direct you better.
