Diplom informatiker ? Right or Wrong ?
I did my Masters in Computer Sciences from Asia.
Can anybody tell me if i write officially in Germany "Diplom informatiker" would it be ok or should i write somthing else in my profile on my visiting cards etc....?
Second question
, If somebody changes his residence, process of nationality starts again or take more time?

Hi,
You can write MSc-Ing on your visiting cards. As I have seen that some Germans, who have done the Master course, write this title also on their visiting cards. But if you are not a Engineer then please avoid writing any title as it confuses others.
Hope that it helps.

Re: Diplom informatiker ? Right or Wrong ?
Neither i did Msc nor i did diplom(5years.
What i did is diploma in electrical 3years from india (in my certificate it is written DIPLOMA)
when i made my CV in german so in german its Diplom so i use word Diplom Electrotecnik and mein Institute name that is of course in India![]()
And in my vorstellung gespräch(in german) i use this word without hesitation (diplom electrotecknik)So do u think is it ok if i continue like this.
What i dont tell the extra info --> difference (neither they bother or intrested to know it
)
and if in future if i plan for some visiting card then can i use this also?
ps:logically i cant be wrong as in my certificate its diploma in electrical engineering and german translation its "Diplom in Elektrotechnik"
