Dedicated Server(Windows)

Deal all

I am looking out to buy a dedicated server for hosting my application .
Java based app , needs MySQL and maximum of 100 users initially.

I checked with 1und1,Strato and others.

Lot of people in this group work for BIG companies which uses server housing or D-servers.

Can some people out here , Suggest providers whoes services are good.
