citizenship.... i have to wait but how long?

Hi Dear Friends,

From the last 2 years i have applied for German citizenship in Bayern. My application was according to the requirements, but two year before this application i was jobless thats why time for getting No-job-funds (arbeitslosengeld anspruch) was lesser than 1-year (6 months). They said to me i have to wait for more than a year than you would complete your time period (minimum 1 year ALG) and if you complete your timeperiod and would be on job then we would work out on your application.
Now i have shifted from Bayern to Hessen. Can anybody knows would the process start again or more faster or time would more longer ????

* I got letter from Hessen that they got my file and i have to wait we are waiting for other papers.
