Changing Job and new Aufenthaltstitel

Hi all,
I have been working more than 4 years via GC visum in Germany. I got new job offer and want to change ASAP. Does anybody know which kind of Visum ABH is going to issue for me?
Secondly , Do I have to apply again for NE or is there any chance to get NE by staying in Germany like 54 months and changing job?
