Lost zulassung Bescheninung paper

Hi,
The school where I did my Integration course till B1 and have my DTZ certificate had my original Bescheninung paper and now when I asked them to return it to me so that I can start the Orientation course in another city where I live, they told that they have lost my paper. Of course I took a letter from them stating that they have lost my paper.
But now if I go to a school where I want to register for Orientation course, will they allow me to get registered even if I agree to pay them the whole course fees ?
I will go to other school on Friday and ask them if possible but if anybody has any idea,that would be great.
