Investment in private insurance policy

Hello All,

Could someone share their experience in buying a private Insurance policy ? I have checked this forum, but could get information only related to Krankenversicherung.

I am looking at investing in an insurance policy for a period of 15 to 20 years ( wherein money would be invested in Stock/Bond markets, thus getting decent return / dividends )


Please let me know if someone has experience with Allianz or any other firm offering such kind of policies.
