Could anyone please tell me the IG Metall tarif in NRW (Yearly Salary) for a Software developer with 8 years of experience

its difficult to say, depends from person to person and how badly they need you. I know a friend with similar backgroung working in another company in NRW with 75K Gross per year inclusive 13th salary (x-mas money) + holiday money

Any one has experience with big companies such as Siemens with the similar background, IG matal tarif, 8 years experience
