Public Insurance in Germany

Hi,

I heard from my private doctor that from next year 2004 there is change while visting a doctor. Here is the rule,

For each new doctor you visit you have to pay 10€ as an extra fee, which will go to krankenkasse(AOK, TKK, BKK etc.) and this will be valid for 3 months.

any other new rules?
