Pitanje za DVD / Question for DvD
posto vidim da si maher u ovim zakonima 
i ne skida ti se smile sa lica od kako je D-Day prosao...
reci mi je li znas, da li se
die aufenthalt die vor GreenCard zeit auch miteinrechnen kann, so dass ich dadurch die 5 jahre aufenthalt in deutschland schon früher habe als durch GC...
z.B. die Studiumzeit in deutschland wird nicht angerechnet, so weit mir bekannt ist, aber in der zeit habe ich schon 4 jahre rentenversicherung bezahlt 
so dass ich schon einpaaar jährchen in RV eingezahlt haben
und automatisch dadurch die aufenthalt in deutschland ist schon dadurch mehr als 4 jahre...
also die frage ist...
kann ich schon am 1.1. (da ich keine 84K habe) einen antrag machen oder doch bis mai warten ?

nadan se da govoris engleski.
Studium time can be added, but I think I have read on info4alien.de, that it could be also country dependant. Beside there could be limit for added studium time, and it is possible that it is not cunted completely.
All this means that it is possible that some Beamter does it anders als some other.
With Beamters you can never know.

but at the end looks like it will probably be a pure question of luck, will it be counted or not.
