Beschäftigung Erlaubt _ My case

Hallo everyone

I did my masters from Germany starting from October 2006 till January 2009.

During that period I did my Praktikum at one company starting from May 2008 to November 2008 for a period of 6 months. In that period I paid all the taxes including Lohnsteuer, Rentenversicherung etc.

I was not paying taxes from November 2008 till March 2009.

After that I started working full time from April 2009 till date (11 months). In total I have paid taxes for 17 months.

My question is that am I eligible to apply for Beschäftigung Erlaubt after 24 months (2 years rule) means 6 months from now?
