Attesting Indian degree certs. in Germany

Hi,
My wife is looking for higher study opportunities here.
Many universities ask for duly attested copies of certificates.

So she wants to get her college degree certificate, marksheet etc., attested here.

1) Can anybody tell me the procedure?. Where and with whom to get?

All her certificates are in English. We just want the copy in English to be attested. (No need of german translation)
2) Will it be a problem to get attested?
