1 Sofa-cum-bed (Schlafsofa) 80 Euros
2 mattresses (single) almost unused for 40 Euros
1 LG (700 W) microwave 30 Euros
1 Severin Vacuum Cleaner 30 Euros
1 Table 30 Euros
4 Folding Chairs (Black) 20 Euros
All prices are open for bargaining. You have to pick up the things as well from my residence in Cologne.

You can try to sell it in Flohmark, you may get better price.
I think the price you wrote here is a little bit too high
