Indian License in the Format of form but not card

Hello every one..

I am looking for the persons who have their Indian license in the format of FORM but not a card.

Actually I got into problem. I applied for changing of my Indian License to German one in Darmstadt and I passed the Theoritical exam. I have shifted to freiburg completely. so I transfered my application to Freiburg.

But the people in Freiburg.. They are not accepting my License as Valid one. Because I got a a format of FORM rather than card.

They are telling they havent seen this license so they dont accpet. My problem can be solved if I show some one's indian license in the Format of FORM.
