Accomodation in Bad Homburg

Hi! All,

I am looking for somebody to take over my apartment from 01.09.2005.

It is 65 qm with balcony and very close to S-Bahn Bad Homburg.

It is fully furnished by me. All IKEA furniture + Wash m/c, dryer, dish washer etc..

The rent will be 622 + 138 = 760 Euro (This is fixed by HochTaunusKreis who own the buildings).

The rest of the items in the house are for sale and negotiable.
