What happens with the income tax when I'll leave DE?

Next year I'll go back to my home country after an year and half of working here in Germany (with GC)! The reasons for leaving are personal!

Now, I want to know how and where will I pay the income tax for the Jan.- May period! Do I have to pay it here? or in my home land?

And what happens with the pension money? Do I have to wait till I'm retired to have'em or could I receive'em earlier?

Was smb. of you dealing with these situations? How did you solve'em?
