Regarding SAP HR JOBs

Hi,

I have 1year experience in SAP HR and got break for nearly 3-1/2years. I want to work again . Can anyone tell me do i need to learn any new module in SAP and do the certification as well in SAP HR. Can any one suggest me any online training course given to learn new modules and certification,so that i can learn soon and apply for jobs.
