Income Tax Return

Income Tax Return - Einkommensteuererklärung (ESe)

I filed documents at Tax office (Finanzamt) for Tax Return in Nov 2008 and till now I have not received any return on the tax I have paid while working in 2007 as a student.

In which cases does a student get return on tax?

Now it is 6-7 months I filed the documents, If I make inquiry will there be any chances to get money (return on tax)?

Please give focus on this issue.

The best thing in your case is to visit Tax office and ask the status of your Tax return application.
Negative or positive, one always get reply from them.
For students, usually it does not take so long time.
