Arbeitserlaubnis

Dear guys,

i have few Company interested to get me as employee. The problem is they always ask arbeitserlaubnis before they make arbeitvertrag.

the same way, ausländerbehörde ask me to give working contract at first.

Question:
- is everybody who has finished his/ her study in Germany, would definitely get the Arbeitserlaubnis ?

- why the Company ask arbeitserlaubnis before they make work contract or even at Vostr Gespräch? they should know that's working contract is first, then we apply for arbeitserlaubnis.

- How long the Arebitserlaubnis take time? they said at same day of apply, other said can take 2 or 3 month cause ausländerbehörde needs to ask arbeitsamt about the market labour.
